We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our Site and to deliver targeted advertising.

5.1 Types of Tracking We Use
  • Essential Cookies: Required for the Site to function. These cannot be disabled.

5.3 Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as required under California law effective January 1, 2026. If your browser or browser extension sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as an opt-out request and confirm the signal has been honored. We do not sell your personal information.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. However, our use of Meta Pixel and Google advertising tools to deliver retargeted advertising may constitute “sharing” of personal information under California law, and you have the right to opt out of that sharing. We share your information in the following limited ways:

  • Service Providers and Contractors: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including Mailchimp (email delivery), Google Analytics (website analytics), and advertising platforms (Meta, Google). These parties are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and consistent with this Privacy Policy.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via a notice on our Site.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your prior consent.

 

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, third parties, or anyone else for their independent marketing purposes.

If you submit a request to know covering data older than 12 months, we will provide information going back to January 1, 2022, to the extent such records are maintained, as required by California law.

However, you may opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (such as retargeting via Meta and Google). See Section 5.3 for information on Global Privacy Control and Section 8.3 for how to submit a request.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to provide our services.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
8.2 Rights for Other Users

Depending on where you reside, you may have additional privacy rights under your state or country’s applicable laws. We will endeavor to honor reasonable privacy requests regardless of your location.

As required under California law effective January 1, 2026, when we process your opt-out request (including those submitted via GPC), we will provide visible confirmation that your request has been honored within a reasonable timeframe.

Flex Machine Tools uses commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
