A technician runs a laser check on every axis to confirm linearity, a square check to confirm the axes are perpendicular to each other, and a Ballbar ar or MCG (machine checking gauge) to confirm repeatability. If anything needs adjusting or repairing, we take care of it while we’re already there.
A calibration label goes on the machine, and you get a full report of everything measured. It’s backed by our ILAC-MRA and PJLA accreditation, so the documentation holds up when an auditor or customer asks for it.
