5-axis CNC waterjets. You will provide technical expertise to ensure the eective use of these machines in
a variety of industries. This role requires a deep understanding of machining processes, programming, and
tooling to maximize machine performance and customer satisfaction.
The CNC Programmer/ Applications Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of CNC programs for a variety of machine tools. You will be responsible for supporting our customers in the setup, operation, and optimization of large format 3-axis and 4-axis CNC vertical machining centers and 3-axis and 5-axis CNC waterjets. This role requires a deep understanding of machining processes, programming, and tooling to maximize machine performance and customer satisfaction.
The field service technician is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction through installing & effectively troubleshooting mechanical & electrical systems on CNC and waterjet systems.
The Waterjet Operator / Applications Support Specialist is responsible for operating CNC waterjet cutting equipment while also supporting customer applications, process development, and technical problem-solving. This role bridges the shop floor and customer-facing teams to ensure parts are cut efficiently, accurately, and in a way that demonstrates the full capability of our waterjet technology.
