16 Tool Auto Tool Changer with Tool Calibrator
This system features a 16-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) for efficient tool exchanges during operation. The integrated tool calibrator ensures precise tool positioning and eliminates the need for manual tool adjustments.
Mobile control panel with 22” touch screen monitor
The Mobile Control Panel features a large 22-inch touchscreen monitor for clear and intuitive operation. This panel is designed to move freely along the entire length of the machine, allowing for optimal positioning based on user preference.
Through Spindle Coolant
Through spindle coolant delivers coolant directly through the cutting tool improving chip evacuation and heat control. This is ideal for deep hole drilling and when working with tough materials.
Flood Coolant
Flood coolant delivers a constant stream of coolant liquid over the entire workpiece and cutting tool. This method effectively cools a large area and flushes away chips, making it a good choice for general machining applications and situations where coolant is needed throughout the cutting zone.
Safety laser scanner on the front of the machine
The C-Series is equipped with a safety laser on the front of the machine to protect the operator from the spindle head movement. The safety systems are equipped with a light and/or acoustic signal that activates when crossing the designated restricted area.
T-Slot Rails
Three (3) integrated T-slot rails on the work surface provide maximum workholding flexibility with clamps and fixtures. The open slots also promote efficient chip removal through the chip auger below, minimizing manual cleaning and ensuring a clean work area.
Chip Auger
The chip auger is a motorized screw conveyor that automatically removes metal chips and debris created during machining processes. It works by continuously rotating a spiral screw within a trough, which transports chips to the chip bin.
90-Gallon Coolant Tank
The machine features a generous 90-gallon coolant tank, ensuring a steady supply of coolant for extended operation and optimal tool performance.
Rigid Tapping
Precisely coordinates the machine spindle’s rotational speed with the feed rate to create accurate threads.
Z-Reader Probe – This is a non-contact sensor used to automatically set the position of the machining tool along the Z-axis (depth) relative to the workpiece. It improves accuracy and repeatability.
Renishaw Package – The Probing Package combines advanced Renishaw hardware with Flex Software to streamline part setup. This integrated system accurately finds work offsets and performs in-process inspections, keeping parts aligned and quality in check.
External air blast – Directs a stream of compressed air to remove chips and debris from the cutting area.
Through Spindle Air Blast-Delivers compressed air through the machining tool itself for better chip evacuation.
External Micro Spray- Delivers a fine oil mist that minimizes cutting fluid contaminants on machined parts, ensuring they’re clean and ready for secondary applications.
External Oil Spray- Provides a targeted oil spray that minimizes cutting fluid contaminants on machined parts, ensuring they remain clean and ready for secondary processes.
External Paste Spray- Used in thermal drilling, it applies a thick, heat-resistant lubricant to the work piece, enhancing cooling and reducing friction.

The Omron FlexCNC Control is designed and developed to allow ISO G & M-code programming for dynamic machining, comparable to standard commercially available controllers like the Fanuc 31i. The AMI5000 Remote Pendant is a Human Machine Interface (HMI). It uses EtherCAT communications technology to interface with the ANCA Motion Control System Software allowing for fast and flexible access for real-time control.
