C-20-02 Machining Center

Perfect for any job shop, the FlexCNC C-20-02 supports plasmas, lasers, waterjets, punches, shears, saws, ironworkers, and much more. The open face allows multiple stations, allowing you to work with parts more efficiently and produce over twice as many parts in the same time it takes a regular CNC. The VMC machinery is self-lubricating on all axes for reduced maintenance and features simple controls for straightforward operation.

16 Tool Auto Tool Changer with Tool Calibrator

This system features a 16-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) for efficient tool exchanges during operation. The integrated tool calibrator ensures precise tool positioning and eliminates the need for manual tool adjustments.

OPTIONS

Z-Reader Probe – This is a non-contact sensor used to automatically set the position of the machining tool along the Z-axis (depth) relative to the workpiece. It improves accuracy and repeatability.

Renishaw Package – The Probing Package combines advanced Renishaw hardware with Flex Software to streamline part setup. This integrated system accurately finds work offsets and performs in-process inspections, keeping parts aligned and quality in check.

Omron FlexCNC Controller & HAND PENDANT

The Omron FlexCNC Control is designed and developed to allow ISO G & M-code programming for dynamic machining, comparable to standard commercially available controllers like the Fanuc 31i. The AMI5000 Remote Pendant is a Human Machine Interface (HMI). It uses EtherCAT communications technology to interface with the ANCA Motion Control System Software allowing for fast and flexible access for real-time control.
