Snapper Vision System

See exactly where the cut lands

The Snapper photographs the cutting table in detail, then lets you drag and drop the job onto that image to position it on the material. The result feeds straight into the NC program, cutting programming time and material waste.


Snap a photo. Start cutting.

Place material anywhere on the bed. The Snapper photographs it and loads a true-to-scale image straight into the software. Drag your toolpath onto the picture and go.

Nest around what's actually there

See the scrap, the pre-drilled holes, the clamps, right on screen. Position parts around them instead of guessing, and waste less material doing it.

Full sheets or drop-offs, it doesn't matter

Whatever’s on the bed, the Snapper removes the guesswork from positioning material so you’re cutting faster.

 

Rounder Kinematic Compensation

15-minute calibration, no technician

The Rounder measures multiple points on the bevel kinematic to account for mechanical deviation, then compensates automatically. Full 5-axis calibration in about 15 minutes, in-house.

 

Calibrated in 15 minutes flat.

Some machines need a technician on site for a full day to recalibrate. The Rounder measures the head’s actual motion and dials it in on the spot, in about 15 minutes.

ROUND HOLES THAT ARE ACTUALLY ROUND

Small mechanical errors in the 5-axis head throw off bevel cuts. The Rounder measures it and dials it out, so bevel cuts come out true.

Plug in. Calibrate. Done.

Comes standard with the Tilter head. No extra hardware, no guesswork.

Straighter

A true perpendicular, every time

The Straighter clips onto the machine’s mixing tube to hold the 5-axis kinematic perpendicular angle exactly true, keeping bevel cuts consistent across the full range of motion.

 

IGEMS CAD/CAM

Familiar software, built for waterjet

An AutoCAD-style interface for 2D and 3D design, with automatic nesting that arranges parts on the sheet to minimize scrap. The IGEMS HMI sits on top, showing tool status, machine vitals, and controls in one place.

Program 5-axis without a specialist

Build toolpaths from STEP, STL, or IGES files, with 3D collision simulation before the head touches material.
