Free Phone Support
As a member, you will receive free phone support from an experienced FlexCNC technician. They will remotely guide you through technical issues and assist you with any service-related needs. (8 hours per month).
When you are a service member, you’re our priority. That means you’ll jump to the front of the line whenever you call for help. We will take care of your call before others (priority service is limited to phone support).
As a FlexCNC service member, you will receive 20% off all spare parts and labor for any unscheduled maintenance or repairs.
